The precise intent that accompanies the construction of Marina Verde Wellness Resort is to naturalize a building intervention so that the green area predominates over the built area. In fact, the work is characterized by garden roofs, private gardens, internal courtyards, paths, flower boxes and the "Parco del Mare", a rich and luxuriant green area which, through a walk, connects the property to the beach.
Marina Verde is made up of two buildings facing south, within which we find high-level residences of various sizes. From the large two-room apartments, to the spacious three-room apartments, served by spacious loggias from which it is possible to admire the sea, up to the prestigious penthouses characterized by garden roofs and comfortable private whirlpools. Marina Verde is
spread over seven floors above ground, has a structure made almost entirely of
wood, with technologically advanced casings and shields, thermo-acoustic
insulation, windows and systems at the top of the category. Environmental
comfort is guaranteed by external shading walls, controlled mechanical
ventilation, LED lighting, photovoltaic and solar systems. Great attention was
also paid to eco-sustainability and energy saving. In fact, groundwater
geothermal used for cooling, heating and domestic hot water with the support of
solar panels and photovoltaic panels to produce electricity, allows a
significant reduction in energy needs and a consequent reduction in management
costs. Always with a view to reducing operating costs and living comfort, each
unit has been equipped with a sophisticated integrated home automation system
with a refined design.
The interior design of the residences, also signed by the internationally renowned architect Simone Micheli, wishes to propose a new way of reading and interpreting the dimension of luxury where visual harmony and interior harmony merge.
The Resort is located in the seaside town of Caorle, an old seafaring town steeped in odors, flavors, colors and lights.
